Winter Cleaning a weekend Project!
Well, it is 12noon on Friday day one of my weekend project. So far I have sorted out all my yarn. I have almost finished that. I cleaned the carpet this morning and I have got stuff cleaned up. Have you ever realized how much work it takes to keep the clutter down? I noticed recently that I have way to much clutter – hence the reason for the cleaning. I started in the bathroom and clean up the magazine basket which is not mine but my DH. Wow how much clean did it look just by doing that. My plan this week end is to take it room by room and free it from the clutter. Last night I cleaned up around my desk to the point that I even went through and thosed out all the dead pens that don’t write. My next lame project is to shredded all the junk that I have piled up. But before that I am going to go into our LYS – No not to buy more yarn ((As if that will not happen)) but to have my son take some of their electrical issues. He is very talented and I hire him out way too much.
But back to the knitting front. As I cleaned out my yarn I actually put in a pile all my UFO’s. I took several out. Threw away several of them and started a must finish. So ontop of this weekends project I am going to sit down and finish some of those UFO’s. I have no clue as to why they just got left by the way side. But the plan is to finish as many of the projects as I can. Atleast on baby picture and 3 purses. I hope to have photo’s to show everyone.
On the Secret Pal front. Well I have one more package to get off but since today is a holiday in the US it will have to wait until Monday. I think I have it all together this time. I have been sending theme packages.
As for the Stitch Marker Swap well I feel like I am accomplishing so much. I got all mine in the mail this last weekend. So no need to worry about that on. Yippie!
As for the beading front that happens to be just one more of the cleaning adventure that I am on. I hope to straighten up that area also. Hopefully by the end of the weekend I can post pictures of all my cleaned up straighten up areas. I hope.
A long with all that I am also going to give my car a much needed cleaning. Hum… I wonder is there such thing as Winter Cleaning? I think I have been bitten by the Cleaning bug and I sure hope that it does not stop for a few days. So much to clean up.
