Yeap during my erans today I found time to pick up a few odds and ends that I thought I might need to add to my stash. As If I really needed them. First I found an adorable pattern so in order to get the pattern at the LYS I had to buy the yarn for it. The grey tweed Cascade 220. Then as I was looking for the green for my Vogue Felted Rose bag I came across the 2 large skeins of yarn Eco by Cascade and it was a fantastic red that I thought I might use for something. Then the larg hank of Eco+ by Cascade I just had to add to my stash. Now the Fun fur had a purpose. I saw them over the weekend and did not buy them because I had a family member with me and I did not want to be harassed about adding to my enormous yarn stash... But I went back this morning and got them. I had a total of 40 skeins in my basket but then I thought I had better try it out first and then buy it all up. I bought the black in the metalic fun fur for the clutch felted purse that I found the pattern recently. A pattern that I have seen made up several times and it was so rich. Now the bright Bernat Disco... Well I just had to have it. Yeap... a purchase that does not have a reason as of yet. But I am sure that it will in some point in my knitting career. I had to sneak it all in past my family so I did not get harassed beyond harassment. Hence the rubbermaid boxes that I bought at the same time. They are going to hold all my needles... shhhhhhhhhs... Maybe my family will not catch on. but I don't think so...
